About the role
The Sales & Marketing Officer will generate sales opportunities and promote products to achieve revenue targets. They will maintain customer relationships and collaborate with teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain customer database. • Generate new retail and corporate sales opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with customers. • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. • Execute sales and marketing campaigns to achieve targets.
What you’ll bring
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools. • Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce desirable. • Minimum 2 years sales and marketing experience. • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing or related field. • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
