About the role
Manage premium client relationships and convert engagements into revenue and loyalty. Drive customer retention and collaborate with teams to maximize business opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain relationships with VIPs and premium customers. • Identify sales opportunities and convert engagements into revenue. • Drive customer retention and repeat visits. • Collaborate with Concierge, Reservations, PROs, and Sales teams. • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
What you’ll bring
• Strong emotional intelligence and social awareness. • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. • Proven experience in sales or luxury hospitality.
