About the role
Manage the sales process from offer to order and use AI tools to optimize recurring tasks. Support the sales team by maintaining data and improving processes.
What you’ll do
• Manage sales process from offer to invoicing and license management. • Support Account Executives and sales team operationally. • Maintain customer, contract, and license data in CRM and ERP. • Create maintenance and contract invoices independently. • Use AI tools for sales texts, summaries, data maintenance, and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Completed commercial training with 3-5 years sales experience. • Proficient with CRM and ERP systems. • AI affinity and experience with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot. • Structured, careful, and reliable work style. • Fluent German (C1) and good Excel skills.
