About the role
Manage US royalty partner communications and oversee royalty statement cycles. Ensure accurate payments and support audits.
What you’ll do
• Be main contact for US composers, authors, publishers. • Run US royalty statement cycle and release statements. • Maintain royalty contracts, payees, rates and splits. • Reconcile royalty accruals and payments with Finance. • Support royalty audits and document processes.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years royalty administration or accounting experience. • Strong Excel skills with large data sets. • High accuracy and deadline-driven. • Fluent English. • Comfortable working across US and Europe time zones.
