About the role
Lead and develop a team of fraud analysts to investigate threats and improve risk strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce fraud losses and enhance customer experiences.
What you’ll do
• Hire, coach, and manage a team of fraud analysts. • Improve standards, playbooks, and tools for incident response. • Translate findings into recommendations for business teams. • Partner with Data Science and Product to enhance fraud detection. • Support customer conversations as a fraud subject-matter expert.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years people management experience. • 5+ years in ecommerce, payments, or fraud prevention. • Strong analytical judgment balancing fraud and customer experience. • Experience building operational standards and workflows. • Effective communication with technical and business audiences.
