About the role
The Risk Analyst II reviews merchant applications and monitors transactions for risk and compliance. They ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and card brand rules while improving underwriting processes.
What you’ll do
• Conduct merchant application reviews covering KYC and AML rules. • Analyze flagged transactions and compliance alerts. • Assist in fraud detection and risk management tool development. • Review transaction history to assess risk and approve limits. • Manage inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor's preferred. • 3-7 years in payment industry with underwriting or risk focus. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel; SQL or Tableau a plus. • Knowledge of card brand rules and PCI compliance. • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers.
