About the role
Serve as the first line of defense for the Revenue Operations team handling requests and data issues. Build expertise in RevOps tech stack and impact go-to-market operations.
What you’ll do
• Manage inbound RevOps requests and ticket queue. • Resolve Salesforce system issues and escalate complex cases. • Perform data audits and maintain CRM hygiene. • Maintain dashboards and build ad hoc reports. • Support RevOps tool administration and document workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years in sales or revenue operations. • Hands-on Salesforce experience. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. • High attention to detail and organization. • Clear written communication skills.
