About the role
Build and manage the revenue engine for a new Home & Auto insurance business unit. Own CRM, sales processes, reporting, and workflows to scale customer acquisition and service.
What you’ll do
• Administer and improve HubSpot CRM and related systems. • Design and optimize lead routing and sales pipelines. • Build dashboards and reporting for performance insights. • Plan and launch system changes with change management. • Create documentation and training materials.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in revenue operations or related field. • Strong hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience. • Experience with CRM workflows, automation, and reporting. • Analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Clear communication and collaborative approach.
