About the role
Support employee benefits, retirement, leave, disability, and wellness administration for U.S. programs. Ensure accurate, consistent, and effective program delivery and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
• Administer U.S. health and welfare benefits and retirement programs. • Coordinate U.S. leave and disability programs. • Serve as subject matter expert for benefits and retirement programs. • Research and resolve complex employee and vendor issues. • Support compliance and process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• University degree or professional certification. • 3-5 years experience in U.S. benefits and retirement administration. • Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dayforce. • Strong judgment and communication skills.
