About the role
Provide technical and account-level support to retail and repair teams to ensure timely device repairs and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Own dummy serial swap process for lost devices. • Lock and unlock device serials under MTN plans. • Resolve serial mismatches in trade transactions. • Fix customer account add-on issues. • Log device interventions and support inventory reconciliation.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma or degree; customer service training advantage. • Knowledge of MDM tools for device locking and debugging. • Confidence with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems. • Understanding of retail operations and after-sales support. • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
