About the role
The Retail Store Associate welcomes customers, recommends products, and drives sales to meet targets. They maintain store appearance and handle transactions and customer inquiries.
What you’ll do
• Welcome customers and recommend suitable products. • Promote products and achieve sales targets. • Provide excellent customer service. • Arrange and replenish merchandise. • Process transactions and maintain sales records.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE qualification; OND or equivalent preferred. • 1-2 years retail sales or customer service experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong selling and negotiation abilities. • Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
