About the role
Drive customer acquisition and sales through telephone and virtual channels. Promote financial products and maintain customer relationships.
What you’ll do
• Make outbound calls to promote financial products. • Track sales activities and maintain customer records. • Maintain customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities. • Achieve sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets. • Respond to enquiries and guide loan applications.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • 0–2 years experience in Telesales, Sales, or Customer Service.
