About the role
The Retail Sales Representative attends to customers, promotes and sells products, and ensures customer satisfaction. The role includes demonstrating products, assisting purchasing decisions, meeting sales targets, and maintaining store operations.
What you’ll do
• Welcome customers and attend inquiries professionally. • Promote and sell mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories. • Provide accurate product information and demonstrate functionality. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Maintain product displays and monitor stock levels.
What you’ll bring
• OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's degree is an advantage. • Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience preferred. • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. • Courteous, punctual, reliable, and honest. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
