About the role
Establish and monitor deposit compliance and quality control processes to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management. Track laws and regulations affecting the Retail business unit's policies.
What you’ll do
• Monitor impact of new and existing regulations. • Oversee compliance with federal and state regulations. • Establish Risk and Controls Self-Assessment and Key Risk Indicators. • Collaborate with operations and compliance teams. • Provide compliance guidance to retail staff.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years senior compliance experience. • Expert knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance. • Prior experience at large/regional bank preferred. • Ability to perform physical demands of the role. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
