About the role
Oversee daily retail store operations to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service. Manage staff, inventory, and store appearance while improving revenue and customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends. • Develop and execute sales strategies. • Train staff in customer service best practices. • Schedule shifts and manage staff productivity. • Maintain store cleanliness and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND preferred. • Minimum 3 years retail management experience. • Proficiency in POS, inventory, and CRM systems. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
