About the role
Operate and manage residue gas compressor systems in an integrated ammonia/urea production facility. Focus on maximizing efficiency, flare reduction, and energy optimization.
What you’ll do
• Manage ammonia synthesis loop purge gas compression. • Analyze compressor performance and adjust operations. • Monitor anti-surge control and dry gas seals. • Operate compressors from DCS panel and field. • Support asset integrity and reliability maintenance.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years operating multi-stage centrifugal compressors. • Experience in ammonia, urea, fertilizer or petrochemical plants. • Knowledge of P&IDs and compressor performance curves. • Mechanical, Chemical or Gas Engineering degree or certification. • Valid HSE certifications and hazardous area training.
