About the role
Support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs by administering construction contracts and overseeing inspection staff. Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements on assigned construction projects.
What you’ll do
• Administer construction contracts in the field. • Oversee inspection staff and daily field coverage. • Coordinate correspondence with contractors and agency staff. • Review submittals and shop drawings. • Evaluate progress and recommend payments.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. • 5+ years construction management or resident engineering experience. • Experience administering construction contracts and overseeing inspection staff. • Knowledge of construction means, methods, and contract administration. • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
