About the role
Support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs by administering construction contracts and overseeing inspection staff in the field.
What you’ll do
• Administer construction contracts and enforce plans and specifications. • Oversee inspection staff and daily field coverage. • Coordinate correspondence with contractors and agency staff. • Review submittals and requests for information. • Maintain complete construction records and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. • 5+ years construction management or resident engineering experience. • Experience administering construction contracts in the field. • Knowledge of construction means, methods, and contract administration. • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
