About the role
Support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs by administering construction contracts and overseeing inspection staff. Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements on assigned construction projects.
What you’ll do
• Administer construction contracts in the field. • Oversee inspection staff and daily field coverage. • Serve as focal point for contractor correspondence. • Review submittals and coordinate technical responses. • Evaluate progress and recommend payments.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. • 5+ years construction management or resident engineering experience. • Experience administering construction contracts in the field. • Ability to read engineering drawings and schedules. • Proficiency with project management software.
