About the role
Lead behavioral research to improve advisory and business services for farmers and vendors. Translate findings into actionable product and commercial decisions.
What you’ll do
• Lead behavioral enquiry into users. • Translate research into product and service decisions. • Contribute to wider research portfolio. • Conduct up to 20% field travel. • Work within Research & Evaluation department.
What you’ll bring
• Master's in Behavioral Science, Economics or related field. • 3-5 years applied behavioral or experimental research. • Competence in qualitative methods. • Strong quantitative skills with Stata, R or Python. • Willingness to conduct rural fieldwork.
