About the role
Lead product innovation, formulation development, and product improvement in food manufacturing.
What you’ll do
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with QC, Production, Procurement for product commercialization. • Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging compatibility. • Conduct laboratory, factory-scale trials, and shelf-life studies. • Develop and optimize formulations, processes, and production costs.
What you’ll bring
• 5–8 years experience in food manufacturing and R&D. • B.Sc. in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field. • Practical experience in formulation, process optimization, product trials. • Experience with powdered food products and dry blending advantageous. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
