About the role
The Renewals Specialist manages subscription renewals to protect recurring revenue and grow customer annual revenue. They deliver excellent customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Manage B2B renewal portfolio to maximize subscription revenues. • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal quotas. • Forecast renewal portfolio accurately with explanations. • Use Salesforce and other systems for quotes and renewals. • Build strong renewal relationships with customers.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in SaaS renewals, customer success, or sales. • 5+ years experience with Salesforce or similar CRM. • Strong numeracy and finance understanding. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
