About the role
Drive merchant and business lending sales to grow the loan book profitably across assigned segments. Manage loan origination, portfolio, and merchant engagement through payment solutions.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end loan sales execution. • Work with credit and risk teams for quality underwriting. • Achieve loan volume and portfolio growth targets. • Originate and close merchant and SME loan deals. • Manage loan book utilization and repayment performance.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in merchant or SME lending. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proven loan book growth and sales achievement. • Strong understanding of cashflow-based lending. • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
