About the role
Lead and manage technical operations and a team of Field Service Engineers to ensure optimal energy uptime and system performance across regional hubs.

• Collate and share monthly reports with management. • Lead and coach Field Service Engineers. • Prepare monthly performance review reports. • Oversee setup and maintenance of new hubs. • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years technical/engineering leadership experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Commitment to safety and HSE standards. • Proficiency with data analysis and MS Office. • Expertise in solar installation and maintenance.
