About the role
Build Halter's customer presence in Argentina by driving end-to-end sales and mentoring future sales staff. Establish and grow the local sales function from the ground up.
What you’ll do
• Source new leads through outreach and events. • Meet sales targets by managing pipeline to close. • Set and manage quotas and commissions. • Coach and mentor future sales staff. • Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
What you’ll bring
• At least five years of end-to-end sales experience. • Proven track record in sourcing and closing deals. • Experience in value-based sales. • Fluency in Spanish and professional English. • Experience in agriculture or tech sales preferred.
