About the role
Lead a team of Territory Managers to transform livestock management across the U.S. Spend most time coaching reps in the field and driving regional sales performance.
What you’ll do
• Lead and coach Territory Managers with frequent in-field work. • Drive regional revenue and support new sales and account expansion. • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting. • Surface customer insights and align with leadership. • Recruit and develop high-performing sales talent.
What you’ll bring
