About the role
Oversee retail operations across Anambra including stock reconciliation, inventory allocation, and shop assistant support. Manage logistics, payment collections, and develop retail strategies.
What you’ll do
• Manage stock reconciliation and reorder understocked SKUs. • Support phone repair logistics and reverse logistics adherence. • Track collection and payment performance. • Coach shop assistants on processes and customer service. • Train new Stock Controllers and manage depot operations.
What you’ll bring
• 3 years experience in retail operations or customer care. • Diploma or Degree in related field. • Strong knowledge of inventory and reverse logistics. • Excellent people leadership and communication skills. • Strategic operational thinking and multitasking ability.
