About the role
Manage UK people matters and employee relations for remote colleagues. Support change projects and advise senior leaders on HR issues.

• Act as main contact for UK people matters. • Advise and coach senior leaders. • Manage employee relations cases and compliance. • Oversee pay review and promotions. • Line-manage at least one team member.
What you’ll bring
• Recent UK HR experience in global organisation. • CIPD qualified or equivalent. • Strong UK employment law knowledge. • Experience advising senior leaders. • Experience managing employee relations cases.
