About the role
Develop relationships with pastors, ministry leaders, and churches to expand Royal Family KIDS Camp and Mentoring programs. Guide churches from initial interest to launching programs serving children in foster care.
What you’ll do
• Cultivate relationships with pastors and church leaders. • Introduce churches to For The Children mission. • Guide churches to launch Royal Family KIDS programs. • Represent organization at conferences and events. • Support sustainable chapter growth and collaboration.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in ministry, church engagement, or nonprofit growth preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Strong communication and public speaking skills. • Organized with ability to manage multiple relationships. • Alignment with Christian mission and values.

Remote work with approximately 30% travel including regional and national events. Collaborative and faith-driven team environment.
