About the role
Lead Luna Physical Therapy's Western US region to scale operations, drive growth, and deliver outcomes. Own regional P&L and translate strategy into execution across multiple functions.
What you’ll do
• Own regional P&L and manage revenue growth and costs. • Develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans. • Lead cross-functional teams through influence in a matrixed model. • Drive therapist acquisition, enablement, and partner success. • Use data to diagnose gaps and drive corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years healthcare operations leadership. • Located in Western US (WA, OR, NV, CA). • P&L ownership with growth accountability. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills.
