About the role
Manage and develop sales strategies to increase dealer profitability in finance and insurance. Advise and train dealership personnel to ensure compliance and improve profits.
What you’ll do
• Create sales strategy plans to increase dealer profitability. • Advise dealer personnel on finance and insurance compliance. • Develop training plans and review dealership production. • Communicate monthly production plans with dealer management. • Resolve client inquiries and handle complaints.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years related experience or training. • Experience as Finance & Insurance Manager or F&I Director. • Valid driver's license. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proficient with business and project management software.
