About the role
Recruit, support, and manage regional aggregators; champion POS management and distribution within the assigned region; manage Smartcash and Airtel Money agency businesses.
What you’ll do
• Ensure 100% active aggregator engagement. • Recruit aggregators per approved distribution structure. • Drive market penetration across all states. • Coordinate POS device distribution and management. • Manage outlet branding and POSM deployment.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree in any discipline. • 3 years commercial/business management experience. • Team leadership experience. • 1-2 years POS Management experience. • Financial services or fintech experience advantageous.
