About the role
Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates efficiently. Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate recruitment process per manpower needs and timelines. • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and assessments. • Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels. • Manage interviews, assessments, and candidate communications. • Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with policies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Minimum 5 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience. • Experience with recruitment platforms and HRIS systems. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of Nigerian employment practices.
