About the role
Identify and engage exceptional talent to build candidate pipelines for technical and business roles. Support recruiting operations and manage external recruiting partner relationships.
What you’ll do
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements. • Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other channels. • Maintain talent pipelines and document outreach in Greenhouse. • Manage relationships with external recruiters and coordinate searches. • Assist with interview scheduling and recruiting administrative tasks.
What you’ll bring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Comfortable using recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse. • Resourceful and curious in researching talent markets. • Collaborative and able to handle confidential information.
