Support the Talent team by managing interview scheduling and improving hiring workflows. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers.
What you’ll do
• Own interview scheduling across multiple time zones. • Provide timely updates to candidates. • Maintain accurate data in ATS and prepare reports. • Identify and implement workflow improvements. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on priorities.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years recruiting coordinator or similar experience. • Experience with ATS and Google Calendar. • Strong organization and attention to detail. • Fluent written and spoken English. • Availability to overlap US working hours.
