About the role
Manage recruitment processes for security and operational personnel to meet staffing needs. Coordinate candidate vetting, onboarding, and compliance with regulations.
What you’ll do
• Forecast manpower needs with HR and Operations. • Source and maintain pipeline of qualified personnel. • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability. • Coordinate background checks and credential validation. • Prepare periodic recruitment reports.
What you’ll bring
• HND or BSc in related field. • 2-5 years recruitment experience in high-volume environment. • Strong interviewing and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. • Ability to travel across Nigeria at short notice.
