About the role
Lead legal talent search and selection to help clients secure high-caliber legal leadership. Manage client advisory and candidate relationship building for legal roles.
What you’ll do
• Lead full-cycle searches for law firm partners and practice groups. • Conduct market mapping and talent landscape analysis. • Serve as trusted advisor to law firm leaders and corporate executives. • Build and maintain relationships with legal leaders. • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with legal or executive search clients. • Expertise in legal recruiting and law firm structures. • Operate independently in fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and advisory skills. • 7+ years legal or executive search experience preferred.
