About the role
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Ensure smooth front desk operations and exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.
What you’ll do
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries. • Maintain patient records and confidentiality. • Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally. • Register patients and assist with appointment scheduling. • Coordinate patient flow and communicate with clinical departments.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with hospital management software is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in relevant field. • At least 1 year receptionist or customer service experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
