About the role
Manage project costs, prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and evaluate contractors' quotations for construction projects. Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and financial targets.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with project teams for timely, cost-effective delivery. • Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance. • Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors. • Track variations and assess cost implications. • Negotiate contracts and support procurement activities.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years experience in quantity surveying. • Membership or registration with relevant professional body advantageous. • Proficiency in cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
