Quantity Surveyor

About the role
The Quantity Surveyor will support infrastructure construction and rehabilitation activities, prepare technical documents, and manage civil works projects for the KOICA-funded Abuja Centre for Entrepreneurship project.
What you’ll do
• Conduct site visits and assess civil works needs. • Prepare BOQs, specifications and cost estimates. • Support procurement and technical evaluation processes. • Inspect construction materials and monitor project progress. • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing activities.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. • Minimum 2 years experience with master’s degree or 4 years with bachelor’s. • Experience in project management and civil works procurement. • Ability to handle tender documents and liaise with authorities. • Fluency in English.
