Quality Supervisor

About the role
Supervise quality control activities ensuring raw materials and products meet specifications and safety standards. Oversee compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety on the factory floor.
What you’ll do
• Supervise in-process inspections and sampling. • Oversee laboratory testing and review results. • Carry out GMP, hygiene and sanitation audits. • Investigate quality deviations and complaints. • Assign duties and supervise QC inspectors and lab analysts.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc or HND in Food Science or related field. • 3-5 years in quality control or assurance. • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and NAFDAC. • HACCP or food safety certification advantage. • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Word.
Life at Fadac Resources
Work is based at the Haano Industry plant with factory and warehouse environment. May require extended hours, shifts or weekends.
