About the role
Ensure quality compliance of electrical and automation components through inspections and testing. Lead quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
What you’ll do
• Inspect incoming components against BOMs and quality standards. • Perform in-process quality inspections during fabrication and assembly. • Verify workmanship and adherence to engineering drawings. • Conduct pre-dispatch inspections and testing. • Lead Factory Acceptance Testing and manage quality documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering field. • 3-8 years experience in industrial automation control panel manufacturing. • Knowledge of PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD, SCADA systems. • Experience in root cause analysis and CAPA. • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
