About the role
Ensure raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
What you’ll do
• Conduct sensory evaluation of finished products. • Monitor production processes and conduct routine quality checks. • Conduct physicochemical and microbial analysis of samples. • Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
What you’ll bring
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field. • Good knowledge of GMP, food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures. • 2–4 years relevant quality control experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
