About the role
Manage and maintain QA programs ensuring compliance with USDA, FDA, and customer requirements. Focus on food safety and quality in manufacturing environments.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain Food Safety Plan. • Ensure HACCP, GMP, and sanitation standards compliance. • Manage Allergen Preventive Controls Program. • Oversee food safety audits. • Respond to customer safety and quality concerns.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in Quality Assurance and Food Safety. • Experience in prepared foods manufacturing preferred. • HACCP, PCQI, and GFSI auditor certifications required. • Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA/FSIS regulations. • B.S. in food technology, science, or related field.
