About the role
Support quality, reliability, and performance of Varicent's Incentives application. Identify issues and contribute to process improvements for seamless user experience.
What you’ll do
• Perform manual testing for new features and bug fixes. • Validate API responses and database interactions. • Identify and report defects with clear details. • Retest fixed defects and perform regression testing. • Contribute to refining QA processes and suggest improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 0–2 years experience. • Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies. • Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA or Postman. • Basic understanding of REST APIs and database testing. • B2 level English or higher.
