About the role
The Purchase Officer sources, negotiates, and purchases goods and services ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The role includes vendor management, inventory coordination, and compliance with procurement policies.
What you’ll do
• Identify and evaluate suppliers by quality, price, delivery, service. • Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts. • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions and Orders. • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery. • Maintain supplier records and develop vendor relationships.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field. • 2-5+ years experience in purchasing or procurement. • Experience in hospitality, catering, food service or FMCG preferred. • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and procurement software.
