About the role
Join Monzo's Prudential Risk team to provide expert second-line oversight of key prudential regulatory deliverables. Support financial forecasting, capital planning, and stress testing to help grow Monzo safely.
What you’ll do
• Support oversight of key regulatory deliverables and enhancement plans. • Interpret and apply regulatory rules correctly. • Produce reports on financial position and controls framework. • Review financial models for forecasting and capital planning. • Conduct assurance reviews to strengthen risk and controls.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in prudential risk within bank, consultancy, or regulator. • Knowledge of capital, recovery planning, and resolution regulations. • Advanced Excel/G-Sheets skills for financial models. • Strong data analysis and risk insight skills. • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
