About the role
Support implementation and monitoring of ICRC restoring family links activities. Ensure positive interaction with visitors and callers and respond to their needs appropriately.
What you’ll do
• Provide information on missing persons files. • Advise on culture, politics, and general situation. • Monitor government policies on missing persons. • Review PFL cases and recommend tagging. • Interpret Hausa to English during family meetings.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in social work or social sciences. • 3 years work experience in similar field. • Good English and Hausa language skills. • Good computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Valid working permit for Nigeria.
