About the role
Develop and maintain propulsion fluid systems for Starship stages. Own stage propulsion system performance for vehicles and missions.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain system design and performance. • Create thermal/fluid models of propulsion systems. • Generate control system timing and valve sequencing. • Support production, test, and launch operations. • Review and approve stage system checkouts and launch procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering. • 1 year mechanical or fluid system design experience. • Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid flow. • Experience with pressurized fluid systems and components. • Ability to work extended hours and in extreme environments.
