About the role
Coordinate all programs under the Director of Programs, ensuring planning, implementation, review, and monitoring across communities.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate short-term and long-term projects. • Lead design of new projects aligned with strategic priorities. • Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets. • Manage grant compliance and donor reporting. • Supervise and mentor programme staff and volunteers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred. • Minimum 3 years experience in program management. • Experience in grant writing and donor reporting. • Knowledge of MEL frameworks and tools. • Understanding of SRHR, gender, child protection, FGM/GBV thematic areas.
